Painter Sabine Blomqvist

Sabine Blomqvist, a creative and passionate artist, favors watercolor but also uses other techniques to express profound emotions.

Raised among the forests and lakes of Finland, she studied Design and Applied Arts in Helsinki before moving to Florence, Italy, at a young age, and then to the Chianti region, where she finds inspiration among the hills, vineyards, and olive groves.

Her love for watercolors began by chance, but she now uses them almost daily to capture the light and changing seasons with a bold and free style.

She exhibits and sells her work internationally. She has also been teaching for over ten years, eager to share her passion and inspire others to discover the beauty and expression in everyday art.
